Ian Haughey writes: "Merry Christmas to you all. A BIG thank you for all those who have supported both the Duffey Boys and Hollow Floor in 2007 – we wouldn't do it without you!

"From Nantwich Jazz & Blues, Bollingtons Mind Body & Boogie, Audlem Music Festival – where we also enjoyed Poyzer, Fluff and Farrell, Inuendo, Funky Music Event with some great young acts, The Strangers, Fake Heroes and Crash Course to name a few artists and events. The Lord Combermere Audlem's Thursday Music nights who we have shared with acts such as Al Dean and John Gunstone, where we have been joined by some great acts: Nick Lundie, Half Empty optimists, Dan Logan and Sarah Cheshire, Kirsty Jack, Reuben Palin and Mike Hancock. Not forgetting the Chilli nights, the likes of The Defense and Ipcress. Plus the odd wedding and Party nights, we've had a fantastic time performing and hosting these events.

" All this could not have been put on without the Likes of Steve and Helen at the Lord Combermere, Audlem Music and Arts, Al Dean, Jim Kirkpatrick, John Gunstone, the Scout Hall, especially Mel, the support of our families and, of course, you for coming out to enjoy these live events – you really have made it worthwhile.

"We finish off this year at the Shroppie Fly on the Friday December 28th Hollow Floor gig. It'd be great to see you all partying there, and then here's to 2008!!!"
