For the third week in a row and the fourth time in five weeks, both of Audlem Cricket Club's Cheshire Cricket Alliance matches were abandoned without a ball being bowled. Despite yesterday being a rare sunny day, the appalling weather of the last few weeks rendered both Audlem's and Mossley's pitches too wet to play.

Next Saturday the 1st XI plays at Division 3 leaders, Haslington in a local derby, whilst in Division 5 the 2nd XI entertains Bramhall-based Trinity in another mid-table battle. Once again both matches start at 2 pm.
