Water leak – how long will it take to fix?

Despite news of a drought, the water continues to run from a leak in Shropshire Street near the Methodist Church.

As it took six months to fix a similar leak in Stafford Street a few years ago, speculation has started on how long this repair will take. The leak was first reported to North West Water about two weeks ago.
