Update on the Butcher's Shop

Well, we have now been owners of 11 Cheshire Street for exactly one month (let me tell you it feels like much longer!).

We have made progress already on the butcher's shop and plans are in progress for the remainder of the site.

Hugh and I have met a good selection of the Audlem community in the past month and would like to say what a lovely community it is!

We have had such positive encouragement from all of those we have met which means a great deal especially on days when we feel like we are getting nowhere!

We are now looking at a slightly later opening time of end of July but, again, this is still subject to change. We have decided on a name, the new butcher's shop will be called Oxtail & Trotter.

We want the new butcher's shop to add to what is already a thriving village community and look forward to talking to more of you about what you would like from your local butcher's shop – we have already had requests for 'ready to cook' / convenience meals, vegetarian options and a good black pudding!
