Come and enjoy a fun way to get fit in 2024!

There are spaces available for new members at the 11:15 sessions on Tuesday mornings at the Public Hall.

The next set of 7 week sessions starts on January 23rd. Prices are £7 per session – or £42 for 7 weeks(ie pay for 6 and 7th is free!).
