This week's jinja bakes choices

Doorstep Cakes – For lovers of cakes and goodies. 

Door Step cakes by Jinja Bakes is proving to be a success!! Many people enjoyed receiving their goodies on Friday and there were lots of lovely comments about the packaging – Brown paper packages tied up with string...all part of the service!*

Door step cakes is simply a service provided by Jinja Bakes; fresh home made cake delivered to your doorstep.

Thanks to everyone for trying my newest developments, both the Spicy Apple and the Honey n Fig Tea bread went down very well, even by people who "don't do fruit"

This week, back by popular demand:

Very Lemon Drizzle – A real classic with more than a twist of lemon!  Made with unwaxed lemons for a real flavour, its light and oh so drizzly!  Available in a 2lb loaf tin -(roughly 22x12 cm or a 1lb loaf tin 20x10cm).

And ... New York Choc Brownie – This recipe was given to me by the chef from Barneys department store in New York , it is so delicious, its light, yet chocolatey with just the right amount of gooeyness so you'll come back for more...and more..and more.  Made and presented in a tray bake measuring 31x19x3 cm

...And of course Gingerbread biscuits are baked daily too! 

Prices:Lemon Drizzle:- Large £6. Small is £3.50 Brownie tray bake one size only £6.50.

They are freshly made really yummy and last a week if stored in an air tight tin. I will of course deliver Free if you are based in and around Audlem on a Friday, all ready for the weekend.
