This Sunday's ADAPT cycle ride

The route chosen is for Sunday's ride is L4 which you can print out from the ADAPT Cycle Map pages here.

We shall probably go through Marbury to check on the Swan Inn which is being refurbished and then visit the Cotton Arms for our refreshments.

Light coloured clothing or high-vis should be worn, there will be a safety briefing beforehand.

The total distance is about 18 miles but with the refreshment stop this should not be too arduous, the only main road ride is out of Audlem and up Brown's bank where care will be needed.
