Do you ever talk to God?

Maybe you wish you did. Perhaps you wonder if you're doing it right, or if God is really listening.
Whether you never pray, sometimes pray, or pray every day, come and explore our Festival of Prayer at St James's Church.

Prayer means many different things to each of us, so explore examples of ways of praying and the things that inspire us to focus on God. Some are pictures or small sculptures; some are verses from the Bible or wise words written over the centuries. There are opportunities to write a prayer and add it to our prayer tree or just to sit still knowing God is with us.
Come and see for yourself. Explore what prayer might mean for you.

All are welcome.
St James's Church Festival of Prayer – opening times.
Friday 9th June – 3pm to 5pm
Saturday 10th June – 10am to 5pm
Sunday 11th June – 12pm to 5pm
