Steam Punk Prize

Several people asked what my prize was (for being the nearest to the correct number of ties used in the caterpillar costume in the exhibition of steam punk costumes by Monique Hollinshead at the Mill shop).

Well it was a bag hand made (of course) by Monique using some left over ties (see photo). Obviously unique and far more than I expected.

What she could not have known is that I have a dress in a material of very similar pattern to one of the ties.

I would recommend everyone to enter if there is a competition again next year!
