







Hello Everyone
I can't wait to welcome you all to our monthly sound bath on Friday 26th June at 7 – 8.15pm. If you are curious and would like to find out more about how the power of sound frequencies can help to support your well being please come along next weekend.
We will be fully clothed and laying on a yoga mat or reclining garden chair with blankets and cushions to get really cosy and comfortable as you lay back and receive the sound waves from gongs, tibetan singing bowls and other grounding instruments – like rain stick and ocean drum allowing your nervous system to relax and let go of stress. A great opportunity for any of you who are feeling stressed and anxious and maybe feeling constantly exhausted. If you're struggling with sleeping, sound baths can help to support better quality sleep.
