Shroppie Music is Back

THE MUSIC IS BACK

From time immemorial (certainly pre-2000) there has been an acoustic music session on a Monday night in an Audlem pub. Indeed, it's fair to say that the session has been kicked out of every pub in Audlem.

This was brought to a grinding halt in March 2020 by the dreaded lockdown.
Last Monday, with the support of Lucy & Simon at The Shroppie Fly, a taster session was held by a few "Hardy" regulars. It was regarded as a huge success as none of the eaters and drinkers walked out!
The only noticeable difference from the old days was having to raise a hand to get table service for a pint.

On the basis of this success, the sessions will now continue every Monday from 8:15pm. Both audience & performers are welcome. The entertainment is eclectic, which means we haven't a clue what will happen next!

Obviously social distancing and any other Covid rules will apply, and masks need not be worn: ever tried playing a whistle through a mask??

Come and join us, the beer's good, and you might even enjoy yourself.
