Shroppie Fly Quiz Donation

I am pleased to report that we handed £402 to the Audlem Scout and Guide Hall on Tuesday night after a very enjoyable evening completing the series of our usual Tuesday night quizzes.

Thanks to all the teams who attended – both our regulars and the occasionals – often including canal boaters.

Special thanks were given to Andy and Kate Griffiths, our landlords, who supported us not only with the room and sound equipment but also by buying the questions, providing refreshments on Tuesday and gifts for our scorers and organiser (me).

We will start again next November and if anybody has a LOCAL charity they would like considered for support, please let me have the details either at 6 Windmill Drive or on 811781.
