Back to school for all today

Mr Perry's introduction to this week's newsletter.

Well this is the last newsletter of us being apart as a whole school. I must say I can't wait to see you all and welcome you on Monday morning. Again, the school is just a building without the fun, laughter and smiles of the children.

This is why every teacher does this job because of the wonderful things we learn everyday standing in front of our amazing children who just want to learn. I know that I speak for everyone at school including governors and staff when I tell you that we are ready for you all in a safe, secure learning environment where you will be able to carry on flourishing and becoming whatever you want to be.

At Audlem 'Everyone Matters' and this is key as it's not just the children, staff and governors that matter to us but the whole community. We have recognised the strength of working together and supporting each other over the last 12 months and this must carry on throughout the rest of the year.

Can I please ask every parent to read the documents sent out on Monday and Tuesday on how we will return to school as these are vital for all of us in keeping safe.

We have also been thinking about how to make sure we are ready and organised for school today; some of us may need an alarm clock!
