This week has been another busy week at Audlem. We had the creativity of our young bakers at the beginning of the week with some exceptional baking skills being demonstrated by all children within the school.
This was a great success, and I would like to personally thank all children and families for the array of cakes that were baked.
The winners were:
- Reception – Nancy Vernon with chocolate brownies;
- Y1 – Erin Sanderson with shortbread cookies;
- Y2 – Chloe Barnett with panda jungle cake;
- Y3 – Fletcher Cronshey with Christmas cakes;
- Y4 – Maisie Baker – Oreo brownie;
- Y5 – Cyrus McDonald with lemon curd and blueberry loaf cake; Emily Bennion with Grinch rainbow cake.
We have also been preparing for the Big Switch On with KS2 children and I know that they will be 'Shining brightly"
The KS2 team have also been preparing for the indoor athletics at Brine Leas which will also showcase the children's skills.
