Sausage & Cider Celebration

It's only four days until the launch of our 'The Audlem Sausage Competition'.

This also coincides with Oxtail and Trotter celebrating two years of trading in the village so we will be celebrating in style. Winegeek will be giving out samples of locally produced Wrenbury Cider to complement our new sausage range.

The team at O&T have been busy developing a new and improved recipe of handmade sausages. All our new sausages now contain no rusk so therefore are suitable for people on gluten free diets.

We have developed some new flavours using only natural ingredients enhanced by the natural skin casings to give you a truly tasty all meat sausage.

We will be doing sausage and cider tastings all day on Saturday to get your taste buds going. This will hopefully then give you inspiration to come up with the perfect flavour combination for a sausage design of your own.

We are holding a competition throughout the summer to find 'The Audlem Sausage'. The top three flavour combinations will be turned into a sausage for all to try and then we will have a taste-off and the winner will be crowned 'The Audlem Sausage'.

The winning entry will receive 102 free sausages.
