RHS award for Sue Poole

At the RHS show at Tatton Park Audlem floral designer Sue Poole has again won a prestigious award. Following gold medals in both 2004 and 2005, Sue has won a silver medal in the Flower Arranging and Floristry category this year.

Along with fellow Reaseheath lecturers June Shallcross and Ruth Clarke and technician/lecturer Sarah Parker she put together a stunning display entitled "Red Hot and Stylish". It involved the use of such unlikely materials as bricks, breeze blocks, drainpipes and guttering along with a rich variety flowers all following the red theme plus some lime green plants. All these items were combined under their expert hands to produce a display which wowed the judges.
