Friends of Audlem School Association would like to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who donated their textiles to the school over the last five days.

The collection, which took place yesterday, was the biggest so far, with a total of 161 bags dropped in. The weight of which, converted into ££'s, has raised a fantastic £294!

We would also like to say that we could not have achieved near this figure without the help of a few people, so a BIG thank you also goes to:

Williams Newsagents – Over the space of the last week, they have been distributing bags through the shop, leaflets through the Sunday papers as well as acting as the Rag Bag drop-off point for the community.

Jane Dale (Brownie leader) – who distributed bags through the Brownies last Tuesday.

But it all doesn't end here! We are planning another Rag Bag collection for the end of January, so if you are planning a clear out before Christmas please bear us in mind. We will advertise the date nearer to the time.
