Rag Bag returns to Audlem this weekend to collect any unwanted textiles in order to raise funds for Audlem St James Primary School. You can drop off at Williams newsagents over Saturday and Sunday.

The scheme proved a great hit during the last school year encouraging recycling as well as raising over £450 towards FASA's £6000 target for computers for the school.

Items that can be donated must be fabric or be able to be worn.

We can accept:

  • All men's, ladies' and children's clothing

  • Paired shoes (tied together)

  • Handbags, bags, ties and belts

  • Soft toys

  • Blankets

  • Underwear to include socks, tights, pants and bras

  • Houshold textiles to include towels, bed linen, curtains

Please NO Bric-a-brac, duvets or pillows.

A BIG thank you to Williams Newsagents for once again agreeing to be a drop-off point for the community, and distributing leaflets and bags.

Bags can be dropped in to Williams Newsagents today, Saturday 8th October and Sunday 9th October, during their usual opening hours.

Your support would be greatly appreciated and will ultimately enhance the education of the children at Audlem St James Primary School.
