A quarter peal of 1272 changes was successfully rung as part of the Arts and Music Festival on the Audlem bells at 7.00pm last night.
It took 43 minutes and consisted of two methods called Bourne and Ipswich. The ringers were:

- 2 Paul Cheshire
- 3 Christine Johnson
- 4 Jackie Thompson
- 5 Chris Hughes
- 6 Frank Morton ( conductor )
