Praise and Play

Each Thursday morning in term-time at St James Church, up to 25 parents (and grandparents) with their pre-school children, attend a fascinating time together called "Praise and Play".

A team of helpers organise each session to include activities, singing, stories, craft work and prayers.

With the children happily occupied, the adults are also then free to talk and share with each other while refreshments are served.

If bringing your toddler to regular Sunday worship is a bit daunting, why not try this alternative. You would be sure of a warm and friendly welcome.

Praise and Play starts at 9.30am on Thursdays during the school term  and with refreshments lasts 45 minutes to one hour.
