Just three more weeks now before Audlem Methodist Church's special day. On Saturday 4 July, AMC is attempting to raise as much money as it can in just one day. It's aiming for £5,000, all of which it is giving to Macmillan Cancer Support.

There are to be dinner parties, coffee mornings, a sponsored run/walk/ cycle/swim, two performances of a musical show, and an auction of promises.

£5k1day is involving the whole congregation – and many others too. The Church will be open all day on 4 July to receive donations. You can also give at www.justgiving.com.
