A 43 year old man from Market Drayton arrested by an Officer from the Nantwich Neighboughhood Police Unit has been charged with the theft of a British Legion Poppy Appeal charity box from a shop in Shropshire Street, Audlem on 13th November 2010.

He has been bailed to appear at Crewe Magistrates Court on 7th January 2011.
