Poor Road conditions around Audlem

In support of several Chatbox posts on AudlemOnline recently the report on Highways from Councillor Siddorns at the recent Parish Council meeting outlined the action taken to date to improve the situation.

Letters had been written to the Cheshire East Highways Department, The Leader of the Cheshire East Council, and to John Dwyer, the Police Commisioner pointing out the safety risks with the current condition of the roads in the area.

It was agreed by council that Councillor Siddorns would generate a list of urgent needs to put before the Highways Dept. These would include : Poor road markings, missing/ broken cats eyes , damaged surface and potholes and the location of the key problems.
