Planning application update

Regular readers will have seen yesterday's news story about Cheshire East's strategic planning meeting next week.

This meeting is scheduled to consider aspects of the Little Heath planning application but not, it seems, the Moorsfield/Tollgate outline planning application for up to 87 dwellings.

We have now received a message from Geoff Smethurst. Geoff is chair of the residents association that has been encouraging those in the area to comment on the planning application. He says:

"Following on from yesterday's
morning's article on planning, the Moorsfield application seems to have been postponed until November 16th (according to the Cheshire East planning portal) which presumably is the next planning meeting. Also it doesn't appear on the agenda for next week's meeting."

More when we receive any updates about this planning application.
