Well done, Cheshire East!

As some readers will know, recently I accidentally fell and injured myself on the steps leading from Turnpike Field up to Lock 11.

Steve Elliott, one of our local voluntary Footpath Inspectors reported it to Cheshire East's Public Rights of Way Officer, who investigated and undertook to repair it.

Four weeks later it was done, three new steps and a handrail installed.
