Park View Business Centre secures funding and expands further.

Park View Business Centre, located on the Combermere Abbey Estate between Nantwich, Cheshire and Whitchurch, Shropshire, has just started work again on another phase of redevelopment.
Having secured vital EU rural grant funding through the RDPE Growth Program, the project will create an additional 5 office spaces and a new sandwich bar/café. This will generate 4 new direct jobs for the area.

The Sandwich Bar/Cafe will provide a tremendous place for the Park View Business Centre tenants and their staff to have lunch, as well as providing excellent facilities for meeting business clients in an informal environment.

Located on the main road between Nantwich and Whitchurch (A530), the 5 new offices will be of various sizes, attracting a range of businesses at different stages of their evolution and growth. The spaces will suit from 2 to 15 people and all new spaces will benefit from the superfast broadband with internet speeds of up to 100 MBS. These facilities in conjunction with free parking, on-site gym and electric car charging points will help to keep Park View Business Centre at the forefront of office options.

Peter Beckett, Managing Director of PVBC says "We were hugely grateful for the guidance and support we were given in accessing the RDPE Growth Program. In particular, Rachel Bolton provided excellent professional help and encouragement throughout the process – this made all the difference to achieving success in a complex process. Helping to keep working people in the countryside is a passion we are keen to pursue, making the most of combining traditional buildings with modern technology."

Rachel Bolton, Rural Enterprise Manager for The Skills and Growth Company comments: "This is another fantastic project which not only expands an already successful business centre but creates jobs and contributes to our thriving rural economy in Cheshire East."

Tina Hayward, Manager of PVBC added "This next phase of work is really exciting and we look forward to bringing more businesses to this wonderful location. The benefits of great value office spaces with our additional support services not only gives people the best chance of succeeding with building their business, but also of maintaining the best work-life balance".

The new office building and café are planned to be completed before Christmas 2019.
