Parish Plan questionnaires

All households in Audlem parish should now have received a copy of the 2010 Parish Plan questionnaire seeking your views. These will then be reflected in the Plan when it is produced next year.

The questionnaires are printed on bright yellow paper and were distributed with the Parish Newsletter. Extra copies are available if more than one resident in each household wishes to submit an individual response. Copies are available in the Post Office and Williams' newsagents.

The Parish Plan team are keen to have as high a response as possible as your views are vital to the production of an effective Parish Plan. Getting money and support from public bodies also requires evidence of consultation on issues and projects.

Completed questionnaires can be returned to the Post Office and Williams'. The Parish Plan team is grateful to all those that have already returned forms.
