Overwater joins Co-Wheels Network

As fabulous as it is to be cruising around on the water, every now and again you have things to do on dry land, and this can be an issue with no car to call on. As such, we are extremely excited to announce that Overwater Marina has become Cheshire's southernmost base for a Co-Wheels Car Club Car.

Co-wheels is an award winning Community Interest Company, and the UK's largest independent national car club operator. Over 60 towns and cities across the country have Co-wheels car clubs, and Overwater Marina is the latest to adopt this innovative 'pay-as-you-go' driving solution.

The new Toyota Yaris hybrid car is permanently 'moored' in a dedicated parking bay at the marina, and can be hired for 30mins to days at a time.

The hourly hire charge (plus small per mile fee) includes insurance and fuel, and allows visitors and moorers flexible access to a car for short trips.

Visitors can sign up to join on the day, or register online, and are issued a smartcard which, allows you key-free access to the car. Co-wheels' online booking system means the car can be booked at a moment's notice at any time of the day or night.
