The North-West Crewe Road Closures

Rachel Bailey, the Audlem Ward Councillor, has written an open letter to the Chair of Cheshire East Council about the effects of the 80-week closure of roads to the NorthWest of Crewe.

This closure affects residents' access to Leighton Hospital and also Cheshire East Waste Operatives.

Rachel, together with the Ward Councillors of Odd Rode and Wistaston, have written

"We write as very concerned Councillors and members of the Audit and Governance
Committee regarding the 80-week road closures of roads in the north-west of Crewe. These
closures block important ambulance routes, add delays to residents' commutes, and cause
disruption throughout Crewe and Nantwich."
