New Statement from Audlem Parish Council

Over recent weeks much concern has been voiced from both Councillors and residents concerning the lack of visibility of both Council finances and affairs and material.

Now that the new Audlem Parish Council has been formed work to regularise this situation has been proceeding.

In recent minutes of the APC the Council have been open with residents concerning the difficulties and complexities of how to resolve this position.

The Parish Council has now felt able to release a progress statement and will keep residents updated as the situation proceeds.

The statement released is as follows:

Statement

With regards to matters of concern over the past few weeks and the recovery of the property of the council.
We are now able to confirm that signatory control of the Bank Account is nearly complete and statements requested. Remaining aspects will hopefully be resolved in the near future.

I, Ralph Warburton, will be receiving all material etc this Friday following a handshake agreement with James following a meeting last Wednesday and then we can hopefully move forward for the good of all in Audlem .
