New Planning request for Salford area

The latest planning application to build more homes in Audlem, Cheshire East ref 17/1655N can be seen in the enclosed image.

It is claimed some of these houses are on conservation land which if approved makes a mockery of the Neighbourhood Plan. Other houses are outside the Settlement Boundary. The field involved would mean the loss of yet another piece of amenity land.

A committee of concerned residents has been formed to object to the proposal and it would be appreciated if as many Audlem residents as possible would submit comments to Cheshire East by the dead line of 7th June.
