New laws were introduced on November 1st 2016 to prevent owners allowing their dogs and a PSPO can be issued with a £100 penalty as reported by AudlemOnline last November. Click here for details.
However, as yet, this does not seem to be being enforced in Monks lane in Audlem, as this photograph shows which was sent in by an irate local resident.
