New Fish Stall in Audlem Open Today

At last the day has arrived – Fish @ Oxtail and Trotter opens.

We would like to welcome all to visit our new fully stocked Fish stall at 11 Cheshire Street, Audlem. It's be a long time in the planning but we hope you will enjoy our selection of high quality fish to suit all budgets.

All our fish is sourced from a local company who pride themselves in purveying the freshest and most sustainable fish.

We will also have some stunning smoked salmon available from Severn and Wye Smokery. This salmon comes from the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean situated between two of England's most celebrated salmon rivers. It's here that they practice the old-fashioned art of smoking only the highest quality fish.

We welcome all to pop along to check out what we have available and try some smoked salmon samples.

The butchers shop will be open as usual from 8.30am with Fish @ Oxtail and Trotter being open from 10am.
