New face at O & T

Best wishes to Simon

As most of you know, our Head Butcher, Simon has been very ill recently and is currently concentrating on his health. We have missed him terribly this last few months, as we know you all have. Hopefully Simon will be back in the shop before too long.

Welcome to Alan

In the meantime, Alan will look after you. Alan has over 30 years of experience as a butcher and is looking forward to getting to know our wonderful customers!

Farewell to Zoe

We will also be saying Goodbye to Zoe next Friday – after 4 years, Zoe is moving on to a new challenge and we wish her every success and happiness for the future. We appreciate all of the hard work that she has put in over the last few years and would like to say a great big thank you for helping Oxtail & Trotter get to where it has – you have been a huge part of it and we have had some great times. Zoe – unfortunately for her – is now neighbour to our farm, so she won't get away from us that easily!
