PC Ken Maple is off work at the moment and, instead of leaving a gap in our coverage in relation to the Audlem Cluster beat, I have chosen to replace him in the short term.

PC Ian Condliffe will take over the role with immediate effect and in fact got off to a flying start by briefing Councillors at the Cluster meeting this week linking in with what were considered local priorities and providing an update on incidents over the last few months.

I am sure that everybody will assist Ian in his new role in terms of getting to know everybody – although I don't think he is an expert with the camera!

More information on policing in the area is available by clicking on the link below the photo.

Audlem Online sends best wishes to Ken Maple and, apart from his close cooperation with the website in policing issues, we are extremely grateful for the wonderful photographs he has supplied and which we hope he will continue to send us. They are used on an almost daily basis on Audlem Online and in local publications.
