Nantwich and Rural Community Hub

I wanted to introduce myself as I have just returned from maternity leave and didn't know if you had contact previously with Emma Kirk who was covering my role.

I am the admin support for Nantwich and Rural Care Community.

We are holding an event in Audlem Public Hall on Tuesday 28th May 2024, 14:00-16:00 and wondered if you could advertise it where appropriate. I have attached our flyer for more information of organisations who are likely to attend.

Also, on the same date there will be attendance from the Living Well Bus who will be carrying out checks such as blood pressure, pulse, cholesterol, blood glucose, BMI and referrals to talking therapies. The Living Well Bus will also be able to give the Covid-19 booster vaccine to eligible people.
