More than just a store

We are more than just a store, at Williams of Audlem...... did you know we are also a UPS access point?This means you can drop off and/ or collect, pre-paid UPS parcels with us.

The big brown UPS van calls every weekday, normally just after lunch- but you can drop off / collect at any time during our opening hours, at your convenience- even weekends. Since we started offering the service with UPS in 2015 it has become increasingly more popular- especially for those out at work all day and/or with busy lives, and not least with people working from home requiring a reliable, cost effective, delivery service.

SENDING PARCELS

Our postal service is a paid for on line service exclusively with UPS (though often cheaper to book their service via a parcel broker). All you need is a computer, a printer and a payment card! Attach your bar coded label to your parcel, and bring it in to us when you are ready.

RECEIVING PARCELS

Don't wait in for a UPS driver, but opt to collect in store instead- its often cheaper and won't tie up your time! Once it arrives in our store you have a week to collect it (before it gets recalled to sender)- but you can telephone us if you need more time!

We're open daily from 05.45am for early drop off/collection- including weekends!
