More on the dog

Ellie writes: "I'm just writing to inform that is was my dog that got out yesterday. I accidentally left my door open whilst going to pick my little boy up from school yesterday.

"He may look intimidating but he isn't. He's soft as a brush and really good with other dogs.

"I apologize for this and it won't happen again. Thank you."

A Chatbox post this morning adds: The police were informed and did attend but having taken 20 minutes to get from Sandbach the dog had disappeared. They attended as a potential main road hazard not as a dangerous dog.
