Monks Lane, Poo Bag Capital of Audlem

Yesterday I topped my field which runs parallel to Monks Lane from East View down to The Parkes Farm. Last night on walking down the field with my wife and dog we came across a white poo bag which had been thrown over the hedge adjacent to the Parkes Farm, but of course this type of action has become quite common recently.

The situation regarding dog poo in Monks Lane is getting worse by the day, there are more dog walkers than ever and the majority of them comply with the law, but there are a number that don't give a s- -- t.

I maintain my grass verges and every day l have to do a poo inspection because people just let their dogs do it on the verges. I have a good idea of who these people are and am warning them that if l see it happening l will report them to the local dog warden and will name and shame.

Please have a little respect for other people's property and take your poo home.
