Exciting Winter Lecture in The Library
In ten days on Thursday 6th February, come and hear the remarkable story about a young man's row from Australia to Madegascar when they achieved a world first earning them a place in the Guinness book of records.
Jamie has since down another world first row as a result of which he created the UK's only ionized alkaline bottled water ActiPH, now sold in over 30 countries.
After a slide and video presentation illustrating his story, followed by a glass of bubbly and canapes, we join well known Radio and TV presenter Diana Mather, who will interview him and take questions from the audience. The British Heart Foundation is Jamie's chosen charity.
The Library at Combermere Abbey has hosted many notable people during its history and is a beautiful and intimate setting for such gatherings. From royalty to literary figures, musicians to magicians it has inspired and involved people from all around the world.
