It's Party Time in Audlem

The biggest event in the Audlem calendar is today, Party on the Park. Tickets are still on sale at Audlem Post Office this morning or you can pay on the gate.

Organised by ASET, the Audlem Special Events Team, it's a massive live music event with three great bands on the big stage.

Bring a picnic, wine and enjoy from late afternoon to 10.00ish. The evening ends with a fabulous fireworks display. Gates open from 4.00pm but you can set up much earlier than that. Live music from around 6.00pm.

There will be three fabulous acts to entertain the crowd, with music to appeal to young and old. If ever there was a night to bring all your family and friends together to party, this is it!

Warming up the crowd will be local band Gambler. Next up will be cover band 'Only One Direction'. Do they really need any introduction?

Topping the bill is 'The Legends' brought to you by The Tribute Show. This is a 10 piece act like no other, showcasing the very best 'legendary' artists from the rock and pop hall of fame over the past few decades, including the likes of Kylie to Madness.

There was a massive turnout last year with thousands picniccing and dancing the night away. And this year looks as if will be just as good a party. Enjoy!
