Interested in heating your water with a solar panel?

Michael Dewhirst, an Audlem resident, has contacted Audlem Online with the following information:-

"One or two people have expressed an interest in my recently installed solar hot water panel. Since it is Energy Saving week and someone may be considering installing a similar system, then I am happy to provide answers to some of the basic questions which may arise. I have no commercial interest – just a desire to 'do my bit'. I am not an expert in solar systems."

"Mine gives better entertainment than television – at least when the sun shines, it provides greater interest than my bank and it has to be as green as composting. It did not cost the earth."
