History Society next week

Audlem District History Society will meet in the Scout & Guide Hall on Thursday 20th October at 7-30pm.

The speaker will be Mrs. Jill Barber. Jill is the Education & Museum Officer at Englesea Brook Chapel & Museum. She was Vice President of The Methodist circuit last year and is a local preacher.

Having listened to Jill at the museum I can assure you of a very interesting illustrated talk.

Jill will talk about the story of Primitive Methodism. By coincidence part of the Scout and Guide Hall used to be a Primitive Methodist chapel.
