Historic Working Boats Arriving

We are all set for a great meeting of Historic Working Canal Boats as they start to arrive on Friday.
In all some 24 boats are expected and a free brochure giving the history of each boat is available from the Canal Book Shop at Audlem Mill.

Don't miss this fascinating history of the boats that plied the "motorways" of a bygone age transporting raw materials and goods across the country.

We have included the now famous Cheese Boat which is a working boat – albeit not historic.
