I mean really wandered round it and had a look at it, thought about the history of the place and all the people who will have been in it over 700 years?
If not can I encourage you to take a wander round inside -- despite the scaffolding it's still open to serve the community. Its full of history from the village and its open for a quiet space -- for people of any faith or of none -- each day from 8.15am till 5 -- later some days.
Over the next week each day a different picture will appear on St James' Facebook page Audlem St James Church. The picture will be of something inside the church -- most have been there for many years but never noticed.
Go and see if you can find where the pic is.
Think of it as a treasure hunt.
