I have just found out that the second application put in by Gladman (13/3746) is not to be heard at the November meeting of the Strategic Planning Board. It will instead be heard in December. It was not made entirely clear why this decision has been taken.
Cheshire East Council are still awaiting the outcome of further appeals and are no doubt considering their options following recent Appeal defeats.
Although this delay does raise the risk that Gladman may again go to Appeal on the grounds of non-determination, since they are already in the queue for an Appeal on their earlier application I am informed it is unlikely they will do so. We can only hope that supposition is correct.
As we find out more we will keep you informed.
