Saturday 28th September features the Spice Exchange Street Market an extension of the regular Saturday market, where you can journey into an exotic and fascinating world of spice, secret recipes, ancient gingerbread guilds and delicious hot & spicy street food.
The market will include everything from ginger teas, spicy pies, chocolate en-robed gingers, spice-infused jams, aromatic gin, local real ale, cured gourmet meats as well as a host of ginger-themed delicacies!
Location: Market Drayton ' Cheshire Street and High Street ' the regular market trading areas
Open from 10am to 5pm.

Wednesday 25th September
Come and taste the famous Billington's Gingerbread and discover why Market Drayton is known at the home of Gingerbread. Learn about the 200 year old history & secret spicy recipes connected to the premises in which the Fields Kitchen is located! Click here for more info

Take a trip around the Brewery to see how the famous Pale Ale is Brewed. Afterwards join Joules in the Mouse room to learn about which foods compliment their range of ales best. Find out more here.
