Gabicci at Gravity

New stock arrived yesterday from Gabicci Vintage which will be available in the shop today, Saturday 11th September.

First launched in 1973, Gabicci embodied a look adopted by the 'Northern Soul' music scene. In the '80's the brand appeared in the early 'casuals' look, Gabicci and the iconic metal G quickly became the brand mark of the day.

Lately, several key music style leaders and sportsmen have been spotted wearing Gabicci Vintage, and the brand featured heavily in the new Nick Love re-make of the '80's film 'The Firm'. Through this continuing association both with football and the young music scene, Gabicci Vintage is again the brand to be seen in.

Current designs pay homage to key original knitted styles, together with jersey tops and polos inspired by archive photographs and original samples, all bearing the iconic gold 'G'.

Quality yarns and fabrics are used throughout the collection in colours which are both rich and bright. Polo shirts are in 100% cotton, whilst the knitwear is finely knitted cotton with a cashmere-like finish or high quality merino wool blends.
