Fun-ky Weekend Talent Workshop and Show

As part of the Fun-ky weekend on 22nd and 23rd July, there will be a Talent Workshop & Show. The Workshop will be on Saturday from 2 – 4.30pm and the Show (with fun-ky awards) will be on Sunday at 5.00pm, all in the Public Hall.

Instead of a talent competition this year Fun-ky are holding talent workshops with the professional Day-Star Theatre. So, if you are 18 or under and have something to perform, then book a 15 minute exclusive workshop between 2 & 4.30pm on Saturday (there is some time on Sunday available if needed) and work on your performance with Day-Star. Then you will be ready to perform at the awards and talent show on the Sunday in front of an admiring and enthusiastic audience. Acts can be solo or as a group and anything goes as long as it is legal and can be performed on the Public Hall stage. A sound system is provided so just bring any recorded music along on cd.
