Fresh air after Christmas

ADAPT are providing free fresh air and exercise to work off some of those mince pies.

Tomorrow (Wednesday Dec 28th) starting at 10.30 am from the Bridge Inn, ADAPT plan to have a short group cycle ride of about an hour using the 'back' lanes and possibly the towpath

There will be marshals at the front and rear and no one will be left behind!

Families welcome, all children under 18 must have an adult with them.
